This set consists exclusively from quarters certified by NGC with PL (PROOFLIKE) designation.
Very few of all uncirculated State Quarters did actually receive such designation! They all have exceptional eye appeal. It also looks like NGC stopped to distinct quarters by this assertion, making these coins even more scarce & desirable!
Unfortunately PCGS never bothered to assign PL quality to State Quarters.
