There were 22 Gold coins minted in 1856. All 5 mints of the day produced coins in 1856- P, O, S, D and C. This mint set has more than one coin I never expect to own in any grade like the Flying Eagle cent and the New Orleans minted Double Eagle which makes the Flying Eagle cent appear cheap!.
This is my 100 year birth set (I was born in 1956 and coins with dead Presidents don't interest me to collect)
