Commemorative versions of the copper-nickel (CN) 50 pence coin, a standard British circulating coin, featuring King Charles III on the obverse and (so far) seven commemorative images on the reverse side:
2023 = 2
2024 = 3
2025 = 2
Minted at the Royal Mint, Llantrisant.
Notes:
1. My first coin commemorated the 2024 Paris Olympic Games with support for Team GB and Paralympics GB.
The coin was issued as part of the Annual Commemorative Proof (7,500 issue limit), Premium Commemorative Proof (2,024 issue limit) and Brilliant Uncirculated Commemorative sets for 2023 as well as individually in a BU pack on 02/07/2024 (sales unknown).
The design was also struck in silver proof and gold proof.
