I have a complete set of Barber half dollars by date and mint in an album. Few if any of these coins are worthy of third-party grading. I acquired the better grade coins included here for type set purposes and created this set to exhibit them together as a group and to receive date and mint set points for them, which are generally higher than type set points. (I had intended to include my 1913 proof Barber half dollar here, as when I created this set its category description did not indicate that it was only for circulation strikes. NGC denied my request to include this coin and designated this set "Circulation Issue".
