This is the set that wasn't really a set. The mint tried something different this year, both the proof and burnished version had no reeded edge, they instead had a plain edge with engraved lettering "30th Anniversary". Both issues were obtained separately through the mint website.
There is no significant premium for these, however, there were other sets that included these same issues that do bring higher premiums by virtue of the label for the given set.
