PART 3- Early Silver business strike toners, Cameos & Proof-like Halfs.
Some over-flow coins from previous sets that were up-graded. I am partial to color-toned business strikes & cameo proofs with a nice contrast. I also like PL (PROOF-LIKE) business strikes, not to be confused with SMS (SPECIAL MINT SET) coins. PL business strike Kennedy's are rare and hard to find from the early years. PL Kennedy's seem to become more plentiful in the 1990's and after the year 2000. Often a 'one-sided PL will be given as STAR designation by NGC if only one side, usually the obverse, has PL attributes.
