In the quarter century between my early collecting before college and starting serious collecting in 2003, I bought some items from the U.S. Mint. Among them was the pair of Leif Ericsson commemoratives in 2000. Some years later I had both coins certified by NGC, and recently noticed this registry set of Iceland commemoratives, in which I could put one of those coins. Because the set is fairly small, I decided to try to complete it. Most of the coins appear to be easily obtainable. But the 2000 gold Christianity and 1961 proof Jon Sigurdsson coins do not seem to become available often. Indeed, none of the current registry sets include the latter.
