I’ve always been fascinated by 19th-century proof coins. Although this set does not contain a 20C or 25C proof, it’s one of my collecting goals to completing the collection. In most cases, the sheer rarity of these issues is remarkable. Coupled with choosing specimens of stunning eye-appeal (Seated Liberty and Barber 50C), I couldn’t be more proud despite financial constraints being a dad of 2 daughters and working full-time.
