The purpose of this registry set is not to compete against PCGS money pit sets but to demonstrate how superior early strike coins are more desirable in terms of eye appeal and rarity. NGC seems hesitant to assign that Pf 70 UC grade to coins that do not have that ultimate contrast. This might explain the lack of images for some of the top ranked registry coins in the competitive sets.
