The Republic Set 1947-67 is an interesting group that includes the MacArthur and Aguinaldo Peso and 50 Centavo silver sets along with Mabini, Bonifacio, and Bataan silver pesos, none of which circulated in the Philippines. My first silver commemorative coins were bought in Manila and Cebu City in 1969-70! In my opinion the 1958-66 Republic business-strike coins are difficult to find in the higher grades and can be expensive. I enjoy this set because it links WW II with the newly independent Republic of the Philippines,
There are 21 Top Pop coins in the set of 32 coins and most others are only 1 point below Top Pop. Hope you enjoy browsing and appreciating the beauty of these Philippine Republic coins!
