It's a great pleasure for me presenting me and my St. Gaudens set. I'm an italian collector, 25 years old, who loves US gold coniage pre 1933, in particular double eagles.
This is my set, i'm continuing build piece after piece, selecting every coin carefully, keeping in mind that the main task for a collector is to buy only what he/she likes. My personal eye-appeal valutation is the most important parameter selecting my coin, often over the grade on the slab.
No coin of this set unfortunately is gem for now, i'll try to complete it before upgrading or looking for extreme quality coins, since i'm quite young i suppose i can do it and living in europe makes difficult to import piece of high value.
