The Reform Coinage Set 1949-1957 is a very important set in the HOLY LAND Complete COLLECTION, representing the PRUTA coinage of the first years of the State of Israel.

~~~~~~~~
Reform Coinage:
1,000 Pruta (Prutot) = 1 Lira
started in 1949 till December 31, 1957 (until Monetary Reform commencing January 1, 1958, when AGORA Denomination was introduced).
~~~~~~~~
This Early Israeli Set is actually complete PRUTA coinage per Krause/Numismedia Catalog:
KM# 9 - 12, 12a, 13.1, 13.2, 13.2a, 14 - 20, 15a, 18.1, 19.1, 20a.
These 12 Types represent 27 coins (including all varieties, Circulation Issues only).
