All are cac'd, except the '38, plus all have either the EVEREST ('37 & '38) or ECC (exceptional cameo quality) STICKER designated from R&I Coins.
New photographs have recently been developed.
All Liberty Halves are clear black/white mirrored with most noted for cameo intensity. The '37 is extremely rare with a hefty premium paid, due to the deep mirror/cameo intensity noted in the photo. Only 4 or 5 in grade for the '37 & '38 are clear/mirror examples as quoted by Rick Tomaska in his newsletter(R&I Coins leading expert in rare proofs).
No easy task acquiring a HIGH GRADE PQ CAC SET.
The HIGHEST STANDARDS were ALSO applied to my NGC registered Franklin Proof Collection (Ranked #2)., ALL Everest, ALL highest CAC GRADES CERTIFIED...26% of all cac coins in these HIGHEST GRADES, noted in the NAA FRANKLIN HALF COLLECTION.
