A set of 2006–2019 American Silver Eagle reverse proof coins, all graded perfect 70 and encapsulated by NGC using their special labels produced specifically for their respective issues. This is not an "Early Releases" set; indeed, the United States Mint itself states that it "has not designated any coins or products as 'first strikes' or 'first releases' [i.e., Early Releases], nor do we track the order in which we mint coins during their production." The United States Mint further states that "products are not individually numbered and we do not keep track of the order or date of minting of individual coins." In other words, "Early Release" has nothing to do with the quality of the coin, it merely acknowledges that NGC received proof that the coins were shipped to the original purchaser, as well as transferred to NGC for encapsulation, before certain cutoff dates — dates determined by NGC and not by the mint.
