This 1996 P & D 11 COIN all NGC MS 68 MINT SET is the epitome of a dream set and the lone one of grade uniformity to come true for us. Rarely, if ever, can you get all denominations in this higher grade, the same of having all #1 Rank grades which is an unconscious state. There are six #1 Rank Registry coins - 1996 P & D Jeff's of 3/0 pop each, 1996-P Roos of pop 11/0, 1996-P Wash of pop 19/0 and 1996-D Ken of pop 7/0. The 1996-P Ken of pop 14/1 was so close followed by the 1996-D Wash of pop 7/1 pus one MS 68 PL, the 1996-D Roos of pop 11/2 plus two MS 68 FT PL's and the 1996-D Lin of 96/2 pop plus one MS 68 RD PL and the 1996-P Lin of pop 42/1 plus two MS 68+ RD's were the next closest to being top pops. The 1996-W Roos of 311/14 pop plus one MS 68* FT was respectable close. Dragon is smoking on the shore celebrating this lone feat...
