A four year run from 2007 to 2010 of four P & D Presidential varieties per year making up a short set of 32 coins. In a pure sense how nice it would be to acquire an all NGC SMS MS 69 set, but there are mitigating factors preventing. such a goal. For our set so far, SMS MS 69's count in 2007 is 6/8, 2008 is 6/8, 2009 is 6/7 and 2010 is 8/8 for a total of 26/31. There is no 2009-D Tyler SMS MS 69 grade yet, and extreme low pops exist for the balance of 5 other Presidential coins that are backed up by SMS MS 68 grades presently. Future prospects are very dim to acquire a full set of top pops.unless there is a revival of new grading to shore up NGC's singular no or low pop coins - 6 of them crucial to our #1 rank NGC Best in Category Set. Until then NGC's Registry will continue to be dominated at the top by the numerous PCGS sets listed presently.
