This Walking Liberty Half Dollar with Varieties set is my ultimate goal. By that, I mean I will try to complete this set by accomplishing short-term goals/sets within this larger set. First, I will finish the short set (1941-1947) with the non-variety coins in MS66 or higher. For the tough San Francisco Walkers within the short set, I might only be able to afford MS65 coins to start. As I am completing the short set, I will pick up the varieties within the 1941 to 1947 date range as they become available and affordable. Once the short set is complete, I will move on to the earlier dates. I don't know for sure what my goals will be once I get to the earlier dates - whether it be knocking off the remaining 1934 to 1940 Walkers to complete the 1934 to 1947 set, or, maybe, going for the One-Per-Date set (probably the first option though).
