The 1936 and 1937 5 Francs feature King Leopold III on the obverse and a Lion on the reverse. The designs are shallowly engraved so can be difficult to grade. They were struck in nickel-bronze. Take a peek at my Custom Set to see a likely unique 1937 Specimen Proof piece. Also look for the rare and fascinating Mule.
There was also a 1947 5 Francs minted in brass with the same elephant used on the lower denominations. And although there is a reported mintage of 10 million, they are difficult to find nice, especially gem.
