Obviously, you have noticed that I have more than one set in this category. My first set contains the best of my Liberty Seated Half Dimes for each slot. All of the other sets contain coins in my variety collection. I put them in the competitive registry sets because I found the Custom Set option too awkward for an organization and display of hundreds of coins. When I acquire a coin for the variety collection, I do not simply add it to a set that does not yet have an example of that issue. Rather, I insert it in a ranked fashion, such that, for example, the coins in "Set 2" really are my second-best examples. For cases of equal slab grade, I prioritize CAC over non-CAC, NGC over PCGS, and prior acquisition over newp.
As time allows, I will add better descriptions to coins in all my sets. I hope it will be informative.
