Type set collecting is a great way to be able to enjoy all of the coin designs within a category. The 21st Century Type Set has been a fun set to complete, and I'm always looking for upgrades.
I started the 21st Century Type Set (Non-Proofs) in February of 2011. The first few coins came from coins I already had for other sets or as part of my general collection. I filled several slots in February through the end of March, and by the end of March 2011, I had filled each spot in my set. Since that time, I have upgraded several of the coins to business strike coins from SMS examples.
