Dozens of rare US coins certified by Numismatic Guaranty Corporation® (NGC®) realized prices over $100,000 at the FUN US Coins Signature Auction presented by Heritage Auctions January 20-24, 2021. The sale featured some of the greatest treasures of US numismatics from the unparalleled Partrick Collection.
The Partrick Collection portion of the sale included an astonishing 34 NGC-certified coins and medals that realized prices over $100,000, including a Brasher Doubloon that sold for a record $9.36 million. Learn more about these coins here.
In addition, another 15 NGC-certified coins that were not part of the Partrick Collection also realized prices over $100,000. These were led by a 1796 Quarter graded NGC MS 65 that realized $210,000.
