Montgomery Joins NGC

As a Senior Vice President with NGC, he will also be a partner in the firm.

A figure in professional numismatics for many years, Rick was most recently employed by PCGS as its president. In joining NGC on December 16, 2002, his responsibilities will include grading and authentication, two areas in which he enjoys a stellar reputation.
