NGC Announces Year of the Ox Label

Numismatic Guaranty Corporation® (NGC®) has a new coin label ready for the Year of the Ox, which begins Feb. 12, 2021.

The Year of the Ox coin labels continue NGC's popular Lunar Series of special labels celebrating the Chinese zodiac. The nations of Laos and Niue have already released Year of the Ox coins and many other countries are offering their own issues.

The NGC labels include an image of an ox in red ink, a color associated with good luck and happiness. It’s the color used for envelopes with “lucky money” traditionally given to children to mark the new year.

The labels are available to all submitters of Year of the Ox coins or any 2021 coins for a fee of $5£4€5$5 USD per coin. (There's no additional charge for bulk submissions). Customers who want this label should write in bold letters on their submission form: "Year of the Ox Label 1449" (or "Year of the Ox Label" for coins requiring NGC Oversize Holders).
