NGC and PMG Highlights in April 2020 Monetarium Singapore Auction

Monetarium (Singapore) Private Limited, one of the region's leading rare coin and banknote specialists, proudly presents its new Auction 25, featuring rare coins graded by NGC, banknotes graded by PMG and other items. The auction is being held April 4 (Singapore time).
NGC-graded coins
- 1976 Malaysia Malayan Tapir Gold 500 Ringgit graded NGC PF 70 Ultra Cameo, with an estimate of SGD 15,000 to SGD 18,000 (about $10,500 to $12,600 USD)
- Lot 221 - a China 1920 Silver Dollar graded NGC MS 64, with an estimate of SGD 600 to SGD 1,000 (about $400 to $700 USD)
- Lot 260 - Great Britain Trade Dollar graded NGC MS 62, with an estimate of SGD 2,200 to SGD 4,000 (about $1,500 to $2,800 USD)
- Lot 277 - a group of three 1953 Malaya coins (5 Cents, 10 Cents and 50 Cents) graded NGC PF 64, NGC PF 63 and NGC PF 65 Cameo, respectively, with an estimate of 19,000 to SGD 25,000 (about $13,300 to $17,500 USD)
- Lot 304 - a 1903B Straits Settlements Silver Dollar - Raised Mintmark graded NGC MS 62, with an estimate of SGD 3,000 to SGD 6,000 (about $2,100 to $4,200 USD)
PMG-graded notes
- Lot 435 - a Singapore undated (1980) 10,000 Dollars graded PMG Gem Uncirculated 66 EPQ, with an estimate of SGD 40,000 to SGD 60,000 (about $28,000 to $42,000 USD)
- Lot 459 - a Singapore undated (1984) 1,000 Dollars with Missing Print Error graded PMG 65 Gem Uncirculated EPQ★, with an estimate of SGD 50,000 to SGD 70,000 (about $35,000 to $49,000 USD)
- Lot 675 - a British North Borneo 1922-27 25 Dollars graded PMG 30 Very Fine, with an estimate of SGD 13,000 to SGD 16,000 (about $9,100 to $11,200 USD)
- Lot 1157 - a Sarawak 1929 10 DOllars graded PMG 40 Extremely Fine EPQ, with an estimate of SGD 8,000 to SGD 10,000 (about $5,600 to $7,000 USD)
- Lot 1200 - a pair of Straits Settlements 1925-29 10 Dollars with consecutive serial numbers graded PMG 45 Choice Extremely Fine and PMG 35 Choice Very Fine, with an estimate of SGD 35,000 to SGD 50,000 (about $24,500 to $35,000 USD)
