Gold 1656 2 Ducat Graded by NGC Stars at Auction in Poland

A 1656 Poland 2 Ducat graded by Numismatic Guaranty Corporation® (NGC®) with a starting price of more than $20,000 is among more than 2,500 coins to be auctioned June 15 to 17 by the Antykwariat Numizmatyczny in Warsaw, Poland.

The gold coin graded NGC MS 62 weighs 6.93 grams and carries the bust of Jan II Kazimierz, King of Poland and Grand Duke of Lithuania during the era of the Polish–Lithuanian Commonwealth, Duke of Opole in Upper Silesia, and titular King of Sweden 1648–1660.
Among the other top NGC-graded coins to be auctioned there is a 1923 Poland 5 Grozy P-106A Bronze graded NGC MS 67+ BN with a starting price of about $3,400.
Top notes graded by Paper Money Guaranty® (PMG®) include a Poland / Government-in-Exile World War II 100 1939 Złotych graded PMG 67 Superb Gem Uncirculated EPQ with a starting price of more than $1,000.
