NGC and PMG Upgrade Submission Tracking Feature

Numismatic Guaranty Corporation™ (NGC®) and Paper Money Guaranty™ (PMG®) have upgraded their online Submission Tracking features. Utilizing the latest technologies, the enhanced Submission Tracking tools are faster and easier to use than ever and now resize seamlessly across all devices, including smartphones and tablets. The resource is available for members on NGC and PMG’s websites.

Submission Tracking lets members check the status of their NGC and PMG submissions online. NGC and PMG track submissions at every stage of their grading processes, from the moment they arrive at their facilities to the moment they leave. After a submission is returned to the submitter, grades can be viewed online in Submission Tracking.

The NGC and PMG Submission Tracking tools are now available in a four languages on NGC and PMG’s US and international websites:

To access Submission Tracking, Collector members and Authorized Dealers need to log in by clicking “Sign In” at the upper right of the NGC or PMG website and then click on “My Submissions” under the profile symbol.

NGC and PMG Authorized Dealers can additionally benefit from the new Submission Tracking API, which allows them to integrate their NGC and PMG submissions and their statuses into their internal systems and websites.
