The Emirates Philatelic Association (EPA) EPAEX 2019 Stamp Exhibition is March 5-9 in Dubai.
Heritage Auctions UK, an Official Submission Center for Numismatic Guaranty Corporation® (NGC®), Numismatic Conservation Services™ (NCS®) and Paper Money Guaranty™ (PMG®), will be attending the EPAEX Stamp Exhibition 2019, March 5-9 at the Dragon Mart 2 in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
As an Official Submission Center, Heritage Auctions UK accepts coins and banknotes from customers for submission to NGC, NCS and PMG and answers questions about the companies' services and benefits. Heritage Auctions UK will be at booths 3 and 4.
Heritage Auctions UK will charge customers according to the services and fees offered by NGC International UK (NGC UK), the United Kingdom affiliate of NGC, NCS and PMG. Scroll below for the NGC UK services and fees charts.
For submissions at this show only, Heritage Auctions UK will offer free NGC grading and PMG grading for any coins and/or banknotes valued over $1,000 each that are consigned to a future Heritage Auctions sale. Other banknotes will be accepted, but the regular PMG UK grading fees apply.
Coins and banknotes submitted to Heritage Auctions UK during the show can be made available for local pickup in Dubai by the end of April 2019. Clients wishing to have their coins and banknotes shipped to another destination must provide Heritage Auctions UK with a FedEx account number or arrange collection from Heritage Auctions UK's London office.

Heritage Auctions will charge the following fees for NGC, NCS and PMG submissions made at the EPAEX 2019 Stamp Exhibition. Please note that Heritage UK will charge an additional £10 handling fee per submission to cover the cost of transit to and from Dubai.
