FUN Show Submissions of 2019-W Proof Silver Eagles

NGC will offer the First Day of Issue, First Day - FUN Show and FUN Show Releases designations for qualifying 2019-W Proof Silver Eagles submitted to NGC at the FUN Show, January 10-13, 2019. Special submission instructions must be followed.

NGC will also offer its West Point Mint Gold Star Label for qualifying coins. This label is used to distinguish coins struck at the US Mint branch in West Point, New York.

The following designations and labels are available for FUN Show submissions of 2019-W Proof Silver Eagles.

First Day of Issue

• Available for coins purchased on the first day of sales (January 10) and submitted to NGC at the FUN Show on that same day (January 10).
• There is an additional $15 fee for the First Day of Issue designation.
• The default label (for no additional fee) is the First Day of Issue #891 label (shown below).


• The West Point Gold Star #391 label (shown below) is available by request and for no additional fee.

First Day - FUN Show

• Available for coins purchased on the first day of sales (January 10) at the FUN Show and submitted to NGC at the FUN Show on that same day (January 10).
• The submissions must be accompanied by the original US Mint purchase receipt (showing that they were purchased at the US Mint booth at the FUN Show).
• There is an additional $15 fee for the First Day - FUN designation.
• The default label (for no additional fee) is the First Day of Issue #891 label (shown below).


• The West Point Gold Star #391 label (shown below) is available by request and for no additional fee.

FUN Show Releases

• Available for coins purchased at the FUN Show (January 10-13) and submitted to NGC at the FUN Show.
• The submissions must be accompanied by the original US Mint purchase receipt (showing that they were purchased at the US Mint booth at the FUN Show).
• There is an additional $10 fee for the FUN Show Releases designation.
• The default label (for no additional fee) is the West Point Gold Star #391 label (shown below).

Early Releases / First Releases

• Available for coins that are received by NGC within the first 30 days of their release.
• There is an additional fee of $10 for the Early Releases or First Releases designations.
• The default label (for no additional fee) is the West Point Gold Star #391 label (shown below).

Submission Instructions

• All submissions will be sent to NGC's headquarters in Sarasota for grading unless an on-site grading tier is selected (for an additional fee). For details about submitting for on-site grading at the FUN Show, click here.
• Submit the 2019-W Proof Silver Eagle coins in their sealed Mint packaging under the Modern grading tier or higher.
• Request the desired designation and label in the Add-on Services section of the NGC Submission Form and write your selection in bold letters on the form.
• If you do not want any special label or designation, you may request the Standard Brown Label #377 (shown below).



• If you would like Mint packaging returned, select “Return Mint Packaging” in section 3 of the NGC Submission Form. The fee is $5 per form, plus the cost of shipping.
