NGC Oversize Holder Display Box Giveaway

NGC is giving away NGC Oversize Holder Display Boxes for a limited time for qualifying submitters.

For every 15 Oversize coins graded under any NGC grading tier (excluding bulk grading submissions, as well as ReHolders, Designation Review and coins submitted for non-grading services), submitters will earn a free NGC Oversize Holder Display Box. The boxes are designed for the 164x123mm NGC Oversize Holders with three thickness options: 13mm, 18mm or 23mm.

Submissions must be made directly to NGC’s Sarasota, Florida, office and must be received by NGC before January 31, 2019. Submissions do not have to be made all at once. Only coins that are encapsulated in NGC Oversize Holders count toward the tally. All bulk submissions are excluded. NGC will determine eligible customers once per week and then contact those customers by email to confirm box sizes (13mm, 18mm or 23mm) and shipping arrangements.

Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of the display boxes. The shipping fees are $5 per box for 1-4 boxes and a flat $25 for 5-20 boxes. Only customers with US addresses can take part in this promotion.

Supplies are limited to 1,000 of each of the three thickness options of NGC Oversize Holder Display Boxes. NGC reserves the right of final interpretation of the aforesaid promotion.

Submission Instructions & Restrictions:

• NGC will make 1,000 of each of the three thickness options of the NGC Oversize Holder Display Box available for this promotion.
• The NGC Oversize Holder Display Box Promotion is open to NGC Collector members and NGC Authorized Dealers with shipping addresses in the United States.
• NGC Collector members and NGC Authorized Dealers who submit fifteen (15) or more coins, tokens or medals that are encapsulated in NGC Oversize Holders to NGC between November 1, 2018, and January 31, 2019, under any non-bulk grading tier(s) (examples: Modern, Economy, Early Bird/Standard, Gold, Specialty Gold, Express or WalkThrough) will receive one NGC Oversize Holder Display Box WHILE SUPPLIES LAST. Coins may be submitted under multiple grading tiers, but all fifteen (15) coins must arrive at NGC’s Sarasota, Florida, office by January 31, 2019.
• Submissions received by NGC before November 1, 2018, are not eligible for this promotion.
• NGC anticipates that 1,000 of each of the three options of NGC Oversize Holder Display Boxes will be sufficient to provide every qualifying submitter with a box. However, in the event that supplies run out of any one of the boxes, the submitter will have the option of either a different Oversize Holder Display Box option (if available) or a $12 reduction in grading fees (the value of which is equivalent to the value of the NGC Oversize Holder Display Box).
• Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of the display boxes. The shipping fees are $5 per box for 1-4 boxes and a flat $25 for 5-20 boxes. If customers believe they will qualify for multiple boxes before January 31, 2019, they can wait to claim their boxes so that they can be shipped together.
• Allow up to four (4) weeks for delivery of the NGC Oversize Holder Display Box after your coins have been returned.
