NGC Coin Collecting Starter Kits Now Available

There’s a new and convenient way for coin collectors to get everything they need to get started with NGC: the NGC Coin Collecting Starter Kit. It makes a great gift for new and experienced collectors alike, or buy one for yourself!

For more than 30 years, Numismatic Guaranty Corporation (NGC) has been a leading third-party coin authentication, grading and encapsulation service. It has now graded more than 41 million coins. Collectors and dealers around the world trust NGC certification for its accuracy, consistency and integrity.

The NGC Coin Collecting Starter Kit includes the supplies needed to submit coins for certification, as well as some other useful items for coin collectors. The kit includes:

• A voucher for a one-year NGC Associate Membership (for new or free members only; members must be 18 years of age or older). NGC Associate Members are entitled to submit directly to NGC.
• An NGC logo loupe, useful for examining coins for date, mintmark, possible varieties and other fine details.
• 50 archival flips. These are used for submitting coins to NGC for certification.
• Two NGC submission forms, an NGC pen and a shipping box.
• An NGC “sample slab”: a modern US coin encapsulated in an NGC EdgeView® holder.
