Track Your NCS Submissions Online 24/7

Checking the status of your submissions/invoices is easy.

This convenient function is available for paid Collectors Society members and NCS authorized dealers.

Log in to Collectors Society and choose “Order Status” from the “Grading and Submissions” menu. Enter your Invoice Number in the box and select “Check NCS Order Status” from the pull-down menu. You can also access this feature from the member home page on under “Submission Tracking.” You will be prompted to log in to your account a second time.

NCS authorized dealers may access this function after entering their four-digit NCS account number and password at the dealer login prompt on the NCS home page. Please contact NCS customer service to set up your password if you have not already set one up.
