Limited-Issue 25th Anniversary Gold Canadian Maple Leaf Now Available

The Royal Canadian Mint’s (RCM) limited-issue, .9999 gold 25th Anniversary Maple Leaf coins, graded and encapsulated, are available from North America’s leading precious metals dealer, A-Mark Precious Metals, Inc.

The Royal Canadian Mint produced 10,000 of these gold coins to celebrate its first 25 years as a world leader in bullion production. As a further enhancement, Numismatic Guaranty Corporation (NGC), one of America’s top grading and certification services, graded and encapsulated the coins, adding proprietary labels that pay tribute to this unique Canadian issue.

For this 25th anniversary issue, a special reverse design was created by RCM Chief Engraver Cosme Saffioti. It featuring a maple leaf between two maple branches that form an open-ended wreath.

The NGC label on one of the first 1,000 struck coins available from A-Mark depicts a Canadian wheat field, while the balance of the issues bear the traditional red Canadian maple leaf. Both groups of coins are graded MS 70, MS 69 or Gem Uncirculated.
