NGC Announces Revised Services and Fees

Numismatic Guaranty Company® (NGC®) is making a few updates to its submission forms, services and fees. A full list of the changes for NGC submissions is below. The updates are effective for submissions delivered to NGC on January 20, 2026, or later.

(Note: FMV = Fair Market Value)

Updates to NGC Grading Tiers

• Gold tier – fee changed to $45; max. value changed to $5,000
• Standard tier – fee changed to $45

Updates to NGC Ancients Grading Tiers

• Bulk tier – fee changed to $30
• Economy tier – fee changed to $35
• Standard tier – fee changed to $60
• Express tier – fee changed to $150
• WalkThrough tier – fee changed to $350
• Unlimited WalkThrough tier – fee changed to $450 + 2% FMV

Updates to NGC Conservation Tiers

• Gold Conservation tier – max. value changed to $5,000
• The Conservation Expedite tier and Conservation WalkThrough tier have been discontinued

Updates to NGC Shipping Fees

A $4 fee will apply to each shipment where submitters elect to use their own shipping account.

Updates Effective January 20, 2026

Updated submission forms and price sheets reflecting these changes will be available starting January 6, 2026, at NGCcoin.com. All coins delivered to NGC on January 20, 2026, or later should be accompanied by the new submission form.

Reminder: For non-Bulk submissions, the maximum number of coins per submission form is 50. Use multiple submission forms as needed. For Bulk submissions, the minimum number of coins per submission form is 100.

Please note that the fee updates listed above only apply to submissions made to NGC headquarters in Sarasota, Florida, USA. Any fee updates for other Certified Collectibles Group companies are posted on the affiliate’s website.
