The Certified Collectibles Group® (CCG®) is pleased to announce the promotion of Sam Yochem to Senior Vice President of Technology. A mainstay at CCG for over 20 years, Yochem’s technological acumen and operational management have driven innovation and growth at CCG.
In 2004, Yochem was working with CCG as an IT contractor when he was called into CCG CEO Steven Eichenbaum's office to help set up his computer. The two began talking, and Eichenbaum offered him a job on the spot. For years, Yochem was the IT team of one, wearing many hats and juggling responsibilities in tech, domestic and international operations, events, shows and more. With a wide-ranging background in technical recruiting, business administration and information systems, and the desire to learn about every aspect of the business, Yochem has been instrumental in the growth and development of CCG.
"I am deeply grateful for the privilege of serving CCG for the past two decades. It has been immensely rewarding to witness and participate in the organization's growth and achievements, alongside a remarkable team of individuals. I appreciate the opportunities afforded to me to make meaningful contributions to our company, and I eagerly anticipate embracing new challenges and making further contributions in the future,” Yochem said.
"Sam's promotion to Senior Vice President of Technology is a testament to his exceptional expertise, operational proficiency and hands-on problem-solving capabilities honed over his impressive tenure with CCG. His passion for the work and dedication to the company make him the ideal leader to help steer our technological endeavors toward continued success," said Steven R. Eichenbaum, Chief Executive Officer of CCG.
