NGC, NCS and PMG Accepting Submissions at the World Money Fair in Berlin in February

Certified Collectibles Group - International GmbH (CCG GmbH), the German affiliate of Numismatic Guaranty Company® (NGC®), Numismatic Conservation Services™ (NCS®) and Paper Money Guaranty® (PMG®), will accept submissions for NGC on-site grading in Munich as well as regular NGC, NCS and PMG submissions at the World Money Fair (WMF), which will be held February 2-4, 2024, at the Estrel Congress Center in Berlin.

On-site Grading Event in Munich

For the first time since 2019, an NGC on-site grading event will be held at NGC's Munich office. During the on-site grading event, which will be held from February 12-16, 2024, NGC will provide its full expert and impartial authentication, grading and encapsulation services on location with an extremely fast turnaround time. Submissions for on-site grading must be received by NGC’s Munich office by Friday, February 9, 2024. Submissions can be made in person (by appointment only) or by mail to NGC’s Munich office. Please write “Munich OS” on the shipping label or the outside of the shipping box to ensure that the submission is graded during the on-site event.

All customers interested in submitting coins and/or banknotes at the World Money Fair must make an appointment with CCG GmbH in advance. Please contact CCG GmbH by phone at +49 (0) 89 550 66 780 or by email at Service@CollectiblesGroup.de to schedule an appointment during the following hours:

• Thursday, February 1, from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m.
• Friday, February 2, from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
• Saturday, February 3, from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
• Sunday, February 4, from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.

CCG GmbH will endeavor to have all coins submitted for the NGC on-site grading event completed and ready for pick-up at the Munich office (by appointment only) or return shipment by March 2-3, 2024. Just in time for the Numismata Munich!

Regular submissions to NGC, NCS and PMG

Regular NGC, NCS and PMG submissions will also be accepted at the World Money Fair. All regular submissions to NGC, NCS and PMG are shipped with insurance to the companies’ headquarters in Sarasota, Florida, for grading and, if requested for coins, conservation. After grading, collectibles are shipped with insurance to the companies’ Munich office for pick-up.

Completed submissions may be picked up at the Munich office (by appointment only) or shipped back to customers by prior arrangement.

Submission Pick-up

If you would like an existing submission to be picked up at the World Money Fair, please understand that we will only be able to return submissions to clients submitting at the World Money Fair.
