CCG Hires New Quality Assurance Manager, Michael Saucerman

The Certified Collectibles Group® (CCG®) is pleased to announce that Michael Saucerman has been hired as Quality Assurance Manager. Saucerman brings 20 years of experience in quality management and continuous improvement to CCG.

Prior to joining CCG, Saucerman worked as a Quality Engineer and Continuous Improvement Coordinator at Toyota and Adient, companies that are widely regarded for world-class quality management systems. His proven knowledge and expertise will elevate the level of excellence and service that CCG delivers to its customers. Under Saucerman’s supervision, CCG will also be increasing its quality control personnel and resources.
“I am excited to join the team and assist in perfecting processes and quality control systems, ensuring customers have a great experience with CCG,” said Saucerman.
CCG is currently putting into place several new processes focused on improving quality control, including the implementation of more stringent procedures, increasing inspection checkpoints within the certification process and expanding its quality control training programs.
To further reduce quality deviations, CCG is also utilizing lean-management techniques and advanced analytics. With the implementation of lean-management techniques, quality management is as important as efficiency. CCG is striving for predictable, consistent quality control across all submissions.
