Kagin’s Auction Features Rare NGC-Certified Coin from Vietnam

A rare Vietnamese coin certified by Numismatic Guaranty Company™ (NGC®), as well as about three dozen other world rarities, are featured in an upcoming Kagin’s sale. Online bidding is already underway in Kagin’s April 2022 Online Auction, which concludes April 16, 2022.
The top lot is a Vietnam Year 15 (1834) 3 Tien graded NGC AU 58 (lot 201), with an estimate of $10,000 to $15,000. The coin, which features a flying dragon on the obverse, was issued in the 15th year of the rule of Emperor Minh Mang.

- a Spain 1811C CI 8 Escudos graded NGC AU 58 (lot 225), with an estimate of $10,000 to $12,000
- a Germany 1874B 10 Marks graded NGC MS 64 (lot 213), with an estimate of $4,500 to $6,500
- a Peru 1855LIMA MB 4 Escudos graded NGC MS 64 and pedigreed to the R.L. Lissner Collection (lot 223), with an estimate of $4,500 to $6,500
- a Spain (1476-1516)S Seville 2 Excelentes graded NGC MS 62 (lot 224), with an estimate of $4,000 to $6,000
- a Netherlands 1646 Gelderland Ducat graded NGC MS 63 (lot 218), with an estimate of $2,000 to $2,500
- an Italy 1911R 50 Lire – Kingdom Anniversary graded NGC MS 61 (lot 216), with an estimate of $1,400 to $1,800
- a Switzerland 1939B Gold 100 Francs graded NGC MS 64 (lot 226), with an estimate of $1,200 to $1,500
