Description & Analysis

Only 484,000 business strikes were minted, the lowest Philadelphia mintage of the series, and the fifth lowest of all 74 issues. The low mintage enshrines this piece as one of the most popular Barber quarter issues, regardless of grade. This date is undoubtedly the rarest Philadelphia Mint Barber quarter issue.
