Submitting multiple invoices (need the 5 coin min. requirement?)

2 posts in this topic

I am trying to see how my online submission order will look like (not yet ready to send in the coins, waiting for a shipment from the mint) - and I end up having 2 invoices..something along the following lines. It seems I need 5 coins per invoice as I have the modern coin tier...any way to combine invoivces?

Invoice 1:

5 2007 Silver Eagles (W) mint mark

2 1986 $50 Gold Eagle Proof

Invoice 2:

1 2007 $1 Washington Coin (smoot side error)

I needed 2 invoices because one was a error coin, so couldn't combine it with invoice.

Any idea what's the best way to send all these?

The most economical way to submit the first invoice is as a Modern Tier submission. The second, single coin submission, should be sent using Early Bird tier. You can save money by combining shipping by writing "SHIP WITH INVOICE # ______" and including the relevant invoice number on both forms.
