Edit an Existing Set

Log in to Collectors Society

Upon logging in you will be at your Control Panel where your existing sets are displayed in the bottom portion of the screen.

Click the Edit link (found on the right side of the screen) for the set you wish to edit.

The edit page allows you to modify the set name and description and add or change any coins in your set. Once you have made changes on this page, scroll to the bottom and click Save.

To add photos and/or modify specific descriptions for each coin click the ‘Edit Coin Details’ link found beneath the general coin description in the ‘Coin Competing’ column. You are permitted to upload two photos per coin. However, each photo must not exceed 120k.

Field definitions for the edit page:

Competing Coin – this is the description of the specific coin you currently have registered for this slot

Score – number of points for the current coin in the set

Cert # - add a new cert number in this field, select either NGC or PCGS and scroll to the bottom of the page and click Save to update the set.

Clear Slot – allows you to delete a coin from the set. Click the link in this column, scroll to the bottom of the page and click Save to delete.

Coin Description– add personal descriptive text for a specific coin. Many participants use this field to describe the appearance of a coin and/or to tell the story of how the coin was acquired.

To modify existing text for a coin, click the ‘Edit Coin Details’ link found beneath the general coin description in the ‘Current Coin’ column.

Available Coins – coins already registered to you that are eligible for the slot will display in this column.
