All I could find...

 

The design for the $5 1997 W Gold FDR commemorative is based on one of President Roosevelt's favorite photographs of him reviewing the US Fleet in San Francisco Bay. The reverse of the coin has a rendering of the Presidential Seal as displayed at FDR's 1933 inauguration.
