I do not believe this is a DDO but I won’t say no for sure on these photos. In the future when you post coins for reference please include a full picture of the front and back of the coin crossly cropped. We will always want to see the whole coin.

If you are interested in varieties, you should familiarize yourself with the proper resources. NGC variety plus https://www.ngccoin.com/variety-plus/united-states/  has references and I prefer Variety Vista due to more information. Here is the two known DDOs for this year/mint on variety vista http://www.varietyvista.com/01b LC Doubled Dies Vol 2/1983DDDO002.htm. If you feel you have a variety you should first reference these resources to see if you have an actual match.

For educational materials on die doubling here is a good resource. There are many ways in which this can happen.

However, the vast majority of the time when people think they have a doubled die they are looking at either machine doubling or die deterioration. Neither of which are varieties or demand a premium. Here is some resources for those.

I know I threw a lot at you and don’t be put off. This is a journey and we are glad to help you. It’s not rocket science it just takes time and the willingness to learn.

Welcome to the forum @Lacywebb. Yes.... what he said ^ and what he above he said^^......  Normal Cent.  I do see what is called Ejection Doubling on the letters on both the obverse and reverse best I can tell from your pictures.  This is just one of the many types of worthless doubling and are in no way consistent with true hub doubling.  Here's an informative write-up link below that may help you distinguish between true doubling and worthless doubling along with everything that @Woods020 supplied you with in his comment.  You will probably have to copy and paste the link below and put it into your browser.  Hope this helps.
