Question about NCS + re-grade 0

Hello, I just do wonder if I send NGC graded coin, let’s say MS 64 for Conservation + re-grade - is the MS 64 grade guaranteed or is there a possibility the coin can receive lower grade or even Details grade (cleaned)? Thank you.

Hello M.T.,

There is no guarantee as we would be cracking the coin out of holder and conserving it. Once we conserve it, there's no telling what could be hiding under the surface.
