My postal tracking (EJ275475080AU) shows that my package has been delivered to NGC on Jul 07, it's been 9 days until now but I still can't see my coins on the status page as "received", is this normal?

We are currently opening the mail that was delivered to us on June 28th.  It will be a bit before you see this entered.
