No but your photo that shows the IGWT moto is not in sharp focus, can you take another photo of IGWT the date and the designers initials.   There are a few minor DDO's for this date but I cannot tell from your photo.

Thank you for the additional photos, from those it looks like you have some minor die deterioration but no true doubling.  DDD (die deterioration doubling) is very common on all coins especially the zinc core Lincolns and Roosevelt dimes.   It does not add any value but can be cool looking when it is very dramatic.
