1988P Lincoln Cent- No FG- Will NGC Slab as such?

Seeing no verified examples of any attribution, would NGC slab this coin (upon examination of course) as a No FG? Not only is there no FG, Lincoln has been almost completely polished away. You can clearly see the abrasion scratches from the over polishing on the reverse.

That is one we would do, though the condition of that coin may not justify the expense. If you do submit it please make certain that you identify the variety sought, as missing FG is not something we typically look for in variety attribution.

Thank you DWLange. This is more about just the attribution as I have not seen one graded before.
