Hi,

Received this today. Weight is 26.95 grams. I've been closely comparing it to AU55s and AU58s and it seems to be better. The detail on the dragons scales and especially dragons tail end is superb on mine, whereas on the AU coins it is always a bit worn. Do we think it will make MS60 at a minimum if I was to send it to be graded? There are a few scratches to the reverse but the obverse is very good as you can see. Thanks in advance.

IMHO, it looks to me like it could score that. Here is an example of an MS63 valued at $650, so IMO,it would be worth it to grade. Good luck.

Thanks for the reply, that coin appears to have more lustre. Could some coins have been struck with less lustre? As mine isn't really missing any detail, just lacking the lustre that the example you gave has.

Eyes of the dragon are different.  Might just be a variation between dies.
