My parents and the Marine Corp both taught me respect at all times ( for everyone) or else it was going to be hard lesson learned and I mean hard lesson learned.

My parents and the Marines taught me respect at all times, most of my life I thought that Sir or Ma'am was the first word in every conversation. If it wasn't then look out.

I'm sure glad I got my hind end whipped when I was young. It put the fear in me not to want to do bad things or disrespect people. I thought dad was being mean at the time but got older a realized he done it because he loved me and wanted me to turn out to be a decent person. I really appreciate him doing that for me.
