I have a 2 US Mint Gold coins. The Mint does a magnificent job packaging the coins in display cases. One is the American Liberty 225th Anniversary, purchased in 2017. The other coin is a 2018 American Buffalo 1oz Gold Proof.

Should I still get these certified?

In MY OPINION, and that's all it is, getting ultra-modern proofs certified is false economy, unless you are into identical "look and feel" for a set or exhibit.
