1957 D Wheat penny double struck or off center with filled 5 0

Need opinions on this 1958 wheat penny. Appears to have double rim on one side of coin and filled 5 on the date. Opinions?

Always show a complete photo of both sides of the coin when asking a question.
In your case, the 5 is a die chip.
The rim could be a misaligned die or an off centre die. Can’t say for sure from a partial photo.

As noted the filled upper section of the five is a die chip, very common interesting to keep as a reference if you don't have one but does not add value.  The rim issue is going to be difficult to say, my guess is that it happened after it left the mint.  Perhaps struck by something or had another penny on it which was struck, but whatever happened I do not think its a mint error.  And yes the new photos help a ton.
